What Happens When Introverts Don’t Get Alone Time?

In my personal experience, when I am around a lot of people for too long and try to focus on a task, it just becomes too difficult. My attention span starts to minimize, and I cannot really commit to the task at hand. However, if I have some sort of alone time or my own space for a little while, that task can be done in seconds!
